I’m Carol Pfeiffer, an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant based in the Denver/Boulder Metro area. I want to help you grow your leadership effectiveness so you can experience tremendous joy and fulfillment in your life, and you can then share it with others.

Carol's Story
With over 25 years of leadership development and human resources experience across a wide variety of industries, I have dedicated my life’s work to growing leaders who create great organizations.
In 2013, I reached a turning point in my career and I had a deep desire to press the pause button. I craved the time and space to rediscover my own sense of self and to consciously take steps to work in a different way. I knew I could have a greater impact if I got reconnected to my own top priorities.
I was ready to step away from corporate life and embark on a journey of health, wellness and self-discovery that ultimately would profoundly impact the direction of my life.
I have always taken a coach-like approach to my work and was inspired by my own professional coaches to fully step into my leadership potential. In turn, these powerful coaching experiences inspired me to become a certified coach myself. In 2015, I pushed past my own fears and limiting beliefs and launched my own executive coaching and leadership development consulting business.
Today, I coach dozens of leaders and lead hundreds more through workshops to develop their skills and expand their leadership impact. The journey I take with my clients guides them to show up as their “best self” as a leader and a human being. Your “best self” is not about perfection. It is about allowing your authenticity – your humanness – to fully show through as you navigate your path to expansive leadership. The example you set will naturally inspire others to follow you to great success.
In addition to running my business, I’m a full-time single mom to a teenage son. We love to camp, kayak, stand up paddleboard (SUP), downhill ski and enjoy all that the Colorado outdoors has to offer.

My industry experience spans from global travel and leisure leader Vail Resorts, Inc. to B2B giants GE Capital, Aramark, and Rockwell Automation to technology, nonprofits, healthcare, and more.
I have a Master’s degree in Labor Relations & Human Resources Management from Michigan State University and a B.S. in Secondary Education & Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
